The Tobacco and Vape Free OC Coalition was founded in 1990 and is funded through the California Tobacco Prevention Program. The coalition’s mission is to reduce the use of tobacco and non-cessation nicotine (including electronic delivery systems) and to reduce exposure to secondhand smoke and vapor in Orange County, California. The coalition conducts tobacco prevention and cessation activities throughout Orange County in support of its mission.
